Penny Moceri

As Associate Director of Local Government, Penny Moceri represents and advocates for Emory at the local government level. She monitors and assesses the potential impact of local legislation in the city and county municipalities where Emory has a presence and identifies strategic opportunities to promote and support Emory initiatives. Penny has more than 15 years of government affairs experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Emory, she served as the Deputy City Administrator for Smyrna, Georgia.

Penny earned her BA in political science from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
